Positioned in beautiful Central Park close to QCB Stadium, the Paramour Cabaret have set up shop for the next three weekends to deliver two shows: one for kids and families, and the other a much more adult cabaret performance.

The Librarian’s Labyrinth is a wondrous spectacle with something for every member of the family: stunning costumes, acrobatics, aerialists and impressive feats of human strength, magic tricks (one particularly funny one involving a banana), juggling and a lights and sound show.

Quirky characters come to life from the pages of a library book when the protagonist, a humble janitor, enters a dreamscape, not unlike Dorothy’s awakening in the land of Oz. Laughs abound when the dancing hippos take to the stage, followed by the (drag) Queen, bubble wand set to maximum, strutting out to make her presence known.

Kids will love this performance, as will the adult “big kids”. If possible, splurge and get yourself VIP front row tickets to be closer to the action!
